Howdy yall! Welcome back to my next blog post I apologize since this took me a while write another cheap flight edition. I'm currently at school so things get a little hectic with the workload. So moving forward I want to help you find inexpensive tickets and get your booty out on a 1 week vacation.
With vast fields and immense landscapes we can definitely see why everything is bigger in Texas. But we for sure one that we don't want bigger is a fat pricey plane ticket.
Texas tips:
Shoulder season- Mar to May or Sept to Nov according to LonelyPlanet best time when the weather isn't turning into an oven.
Situation: Sacramento, CA(Randomize) To Houston, Texas Date: March 22nd to 29th
1. Skiplagged
2. Google Flights
3. Momondo
4. JetRadar
5. Liligo
Alrighty! These are the results and you might have notice that these flight search engines are from previous posts. Well after searching and researching countless websites it eventually narrowed down to these trusty five finger sites. I also figured that these sites will be consistent throughout flights in the United States. Just showing you raw conclusions for those are selective on specific dates.
Also developing my rule of thumb when it comes to buying tickets at a desired date start looking for tickets a month before you plan your flight. For example you may want to fly in May so start searching in April or flying out in December then search in November. My reasoning is you might have the chance to find cheaper tickets and deals better than the ones you looked for 5 months in advance. Airlines are always fluctuating so timing is key. But there are some factors where may not apply such as the nature of the State which is why it helps me to look for tips and advice in advance for that particular State.
FOR THOSE who are FLEXIBLE or just plainly love cheap deals Cheapflights posts cheaper tickets depending on where you are and how flexible your date is. Definitely give them a shot.
I'll be testing and working on my own theories on cheaper flights so stay tuned!
Next post... Don't get too drunk or you'll miss the Mardi Gras!
